What type of cleaning method do you use?
For rugs, we dust them off, hand-wash them and then place them in a special room to dry. For carpets we use a special hot water extraction steam cleaning method.
What type of liquids do you use?
Our company prefers to use biologically friendly liquids, which many companies avoid due to the high market cost.
Do you take the rug from customer’s place?
Yes, we offer both collection and delivery services.

Our company specializes in a variety of different repair procedures, which includes dealing with the following: wear and tear, colour run, water damage, fire damage, moth damage, fringe repair and even complete restoration
My rug is very delicate. Can the cleaning process possibly damage the fibers?
No. The staff at Deep Clean are trained to carefully hand-wash the rug and apply just the right amount of pressure to thoroughly clean the item without damaging it.
I have been cleaning my rug at home and it doesn’t look dirty to me. Is professionalcleaning a necessary procedure or can I just continue looking after it at home?
Although rugs can be taken care of and cleaned at home, it would be a good idea to have your rug professionally cleaned once in a while. The surface of the item may seem clean, but rugs can trap a significant amount of dust; sometimes, we expel up to 2kg of dust from a single rug.
